Attachment 1: Your inspiring dog or cat story, a maximum of 1200 words, saved as a Word Document. 

Attachment 2: Your 225 word maximum bio paragraph. List your name exactly as you want it to appear in print and an optional URL link of your choice.

Attachment 3: A 300 words maximum attention grabbing paragraph to introduce your story and entice readers to want to read more.

Attachment 4: A maximum of two author owned photos of your pet to enhance your story, scanned at 300 DPI. 

Attachment 5: An author headshot, scanned at 300 DPI

Attachment 6: A signed and dated copy of the T2I Release Form. Return this form as a scanned copy attachment. (Note: If you wrote this story about a dog or cat other than one owned by you, you must also have the owner sign a release form allowing Tales2Inspire to publish your story.)
