Here I am surrounded by my Jewel Collection books. I want you to know that I didn’t name these books randomly. You see each of the Jewel Collection books is named for a gemstone with a symbolic meaning that relates to the stories in that particular book.
For example, the Emerald Collection is subtitled Beyond Coincidence and this book is named for the gemstone symbolizing psychic powers.
The Topaz is the gemstone I selected to represent the second book in the Jewel Collection because the Topaz is known to promote self-realization and confidence, and our Topaz Collection is filled with stories about self awareness. The subtitle printed on this cover is Personal Awakenings.
Just take a look at the fine print above each gem on this chart. For example, the Sapphire, the symbol for insight and communication is filled with Timeless Memory stories; the Ruby, the symbol for love and compassion is filled with Gifts of Compassion stories. And so it goes for each of the Jewel Collection books.
Now if you want a neat little hostess gift, a gift to help someone celebrate a special occasion, as a birthday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, teacher recognition day, or simply a hostess gift . . ., what a thoughtful gift!
But don’t just sign your name on the inside cover. Here’s an idea I learned from one of my authors, (thank you Adrienne Drake). Write a sentence or two inside that front cover telling that person why they are special to you, what you admire about them, what you are helping them celebrate, why you are so proud of them, what stories you think they will especially enjoy . . . , you know, something personal before you sign your name. That way you’ll make it such a personalized gift, the recipient will cherish it forever!
Now a word about the Diamond Collection books, because for only a few dollars more, you can get two Jewel Collection books printed and bound together into one Diamond Collection book. Diamond Collection books are the best bang for the buck because you are getting two complete books in one.
Are these books special? You bet! Don’t just take my word for it. Each book that I’ve submitted to one of the national or international book contests has won a finalist award. Now that’s really something to be proud of.
